Quite deep golden colour and finely developed bubbles, the nose is mature and ripe with autumn fruit, yellow pear, wild berries and patisserie. Rather opulent palate in a slightly oxidative style with hints of windfall and pain d’épice, finely integrated bubbles and a medium to long finish.
