Inky opaque core. Exotic nose of black fruit, dried cherry, prune, plenty of spicy and balsamic notes. Very dense palate rich in extract, yet tannins starting to soften, layers of savoury dark fruit, liquorice and wild herbs, concentrated and long finish. Well-built and full of character, still with room for improvement.
