Israel,
Galilée,
Red wine with a quite intense core, rather deep purple, slightly lighter towards the rim, but gives overall a quite young impression. Fine nose here, displaying hints of violet, dark berries, like blackberry, cassis, a fine spiciness and quite discreet oak, there is a slight whiff of vanilla. Really good gripe on the palate, really full bodied, ripe and warm. Quite elevated alcohol in this case, but I think it has plenty of fruit to balance that. Layers of those dark cherry, cassis, plum flavours. Ample fruit, quite structured, however, I would say the tannins are already quite well settled, not obtrusive in any way. Rich and wealthy finish, with plenty of fruit. A wine I would still call quite young, it really doesn't have any hard edges, but I think it gain some more nuance and complexity from some further aging; and it obviously has the concentration to go on for a while. A nice example.
