France,
Burgundy,
The colour is youthful with a slight hint of green, medium-deep straw colour. Pure nose, very youthful with mostly primary fruit. There is no indication of oak. Some hints of almond, with some lemon and lime zest and mostly white fleshed fruit like apple and pear. Good grip on the palate. Medium weight. With a classically bone-dry. It really gives a nice and mouth-watering sensation. Well preserved acidity. There is a slight hint of oak emerging on the palate, adding just a slight hint of toast. Then some nutty notes. Quite long and persistent finish. A wine that should easily keep for a few years. I like this youthful zest from the juice and fruit. Very nice.
