Intense inky purple colour. Sweet nose with floral hints offering jammed plum, cherry and cassis notes with some new oak. Rather massive palate with high concentration, pure and polished with plenty of extract and ripe dark fruit followed by a long finish, yet needing long bottle ageing to develop nuance and complexity.
