Inky black core colouring the glass. Youthful and intense nose, pure aromas of liquorice, black plum, crème de cassis, some new oak and dry spices. The palate is very dense, rather massive but balanced with ripe tannin, fresh dark fruit and long aftertaste. Still some oaky presence. A bit unresolved but should improve.
