Intense dark inky purple colour. Rather oaky nose, vanilla, wood and some roasted notes with dark fruit, cassis and tar. The palate is muscular and dense, still young with firm tannin and oaky flavours, it has good length but appears just a bit young and “raw” needing time to settle.
