France,
Completely transparent and colourless, with a high viscosity. The nose is unmistakably gin, but here I get a combination of dry spices, juniper, but then with vanilla, pepper, cardamom; there’s some notes of lemon peel. The palate is quite distinct, it starts out spicier, with some notes of licorice root, some notes of ginger, lemon peel. The alcohol is really present here, but it doesn’t burn; so I think it’s well-balanced, with a long and quite spicy finish.
