Giuseppe Principiano – Nebbiolo – 2015

Light to medium deep ruby colour. Some balsamic notes, red cherry, tobacco and mild oak. Light to medium bodied, still an austere texture, firm tannin and high acidity with rather discreet fruit, and a dry fish finish needing time to soften.
