Glen Carlou – Gravel Quarry Cabernet Sauvignon – 2009

Dense core and a brick rim. Notes of ripe fruit, jammed berries, mint and spices, quite mature. The palate is dense and warm, sweet plum, herbal notes and a long sweet finish.
