Gosset – Celebris Blanc de Blancs – 2012

Medium deep golden colour with a finely creamy mousse. Pure nose displaying chalk, ripe citrus, peach, hazelnut and fine pastry notes. The palate has very good bite and tension, a mouth watering freshness finely integrated bubbles and sweet yellow fruit flacvours, yet remaining dry with good layers of spice, nougat and pastry leading to a long, pure and intense finish.
