Light to medium deep golden colour. Fine and tiny bubbles. The nose shows a fine maturity, some notes of windfall, nougat, sweet pastry and candied citrus. The palate is bold and rounded with a fresh backbone, fine creaminess, good extract, candied citrus notes with ripe fruit such as pear and plum, and a dense, warm and long finish. Nice maturity and complexity today.
