Bright light golden with a copper hue and vivid bubbles. Classic non oaked style with darker pinot fruit, raspberry, plum, gingerbread and brighter lemongrass and hazelnut from the chardonnay. Still youthful but good layers, with good flavour intensity and volume, on the fresh side with good tension underneath, fine extract, discreet fruit flavours fine mousse and a long pure finish.
