Pale rosé colour with a copper tinge, fine bubbles. Intense nose, slightly toasted and chalky with nutty notes, fresh butter, brioche, red berries and crushed apple. Good maturity and autolytic character on the palate, fresh and biting with rather full body, a fresh and vibrant backbone, abundant red fruit and a long nutty finish. Nice level of complexity and drinkability.
