Light golden colour with a green hue and mild mousse. Intense and pure nose without oxidation, rather reductive in the positive sense with yellow apple, pear, lime hazelnut, fresh butter, and a lush creamy palate, vinous and broad but bone dry (extra brut) it seems. Good fresh bite, attractive fruit and a long, crisp nutty finish, still youthful but with an approaching complexity.
