Pale straw colour with a green hue and young lively mousse. Pure nose, some autolytic notes of crushed nuts, butter and young fruit like apple, pear and citrus. Medium bodied with a slight sweetness (dosage) creamy texture with a fresh backbone, flavours of lemon, lime and almond, creamy finish rather long persistency.
