Bright straw colour with a green hue. Youthful nose, aromatic with notes of garrigue, chamomile, lime, lemongrass, fennel, and white-fleshed fruit. The palate shows good bite and freshness, still youthful with a vivid young acidity, layers of crushed apple, lime, and lemongrass flavours, good tension and length, still needing some time to fully open.
