Dark garnet core and hue. A pure and modern expression with delicate oak and toast, mocha, tobacco, dark plum, cassis, and floral hints. The palate shows a good concentration and modest extraction, supple and savory dark fruit with good layers, a refreshing backbone of acidity, grainy tannin, and a long fluid finish. Nice one for the vintage.
