Pale rosé with a copper hue and vivid young bubbles. Pure nose, on the elegant side with some floral notes, raspberry, red currant, ripe citrus and nougat. Crisp and youthful palate with medium weight, classic dosage and a lifted acidity with pure red berry flavours, mild pain d´épice-spiciness and a good degree of persistency.
