Medium deep straw colour with a copper hue and lively young mousse. Pinot driven aromas of plum, pear, pain d´épice and fresh butter. The palate shows good bite and texture with fine extract paired with a crisp acidity giving a lift to the darker fruit, well balanced mousse vinous character and good persistency.
