Medium deep golden colour with a small stream of lively bubbles. Pure and classic nose, on the elegant side with ripe yet fresh stone fruit - peach, apricot, sweet citrus, chalk and brioche. The palate shows good density and volume with fine extract a vivid acidity and ripe yellow fruit, fresh pineapple and candied citrus flavours with nutty flavours, mild creaminess and a long lingering finish.
