Dark core with a purple hue, starting to fade at the rim. The nose is elegant with fresh red berries, cherry, floral hints and a mild oak-derived spiciness. Medium weight, yet flavor intense with pleasing nuance, crushed cherry and raspberry notes with some aniseed/licorice presence, relatively rich in tannin with a fine grain and polish, leading to a long and lingering finish.
