Medium deep golden colour with a youthful mousseux. The nose is mature and developed in an oxidative style with notes of windfall, nougat, caramel and dried fruits. Full bodied and ample palate, some bitterness, ample and complex yet bone dry, a bit on the robust and coarse side with big structure and a long finish. A style that will divide champagne lovers.
