Guy Charbaut – Memory Premier Cru – 2005

Light golden colour with a fine creaminess. Some development on the nose, rather buttery with some creamy notes like yoghurt, pear, plum and red berry notes, slightly spicy. The palate has medium weight with a creamy mousse, still youthful and fresh acidity, a hint of bitterness, slight skin presence, darker fruit notes, grape zest and a medium to long finish.
