Bright light golden colour with a fine young mousse. Pure and fragrant with chalky notes, crushed nuts, fresh peach and some pastry hints. Good tension and density a fine restraint and mouth watering sensation with gentle creaminess, pure and crisp stone fruit, nougat and a very fine persistency.
