Guy de Chassey – Extra Brut – NV

Bright straw colour with some pink reflections, quite floral nose with some grapey notes, pear and creamy notes from the yeast, good bite on the palate, fresh and vibrant palate, rather dry with elegant fruit a mineral hint and fine length.
