Bright light golden colour with a youthful mousse. Some chalky notes, vanilla, fresh pear, ripe citrus and some butter. Medium weight, fresh and distinct with balanced dosage, a crisp acidity, youthful fruit flavours of pear, ginger and citrus, a mild creaminess and good length.
