Hacienda El Condor – Paya de Millaman – 2015

Intense dark purple colour. Youthful nose showing fine oak, some roasted coffee, charcoal, cassis and inky dark fruit. Very dense palate, still youthful and unresolved but with pure and fresh dark fruit, ripe and grainy tannin, good length and persistency, just needing time to develop complexity and layers but should drink well in 4-5 years.
