Hammel – L’Ovaille 1584 – 2017

Bright straw colour with some co2. Pure and stony nose with fine layers of pale stone fruit, citrus, wild herbs and floral notes. The palate has good density and grip in a medium body, fresh and salivating with fine extract, discreet fruit flavours, stony and salty with a long pure finish.
