Hammel – L’Ovaille – 2013

Youthful, pale, a slight whiff of CO2, pale straw colour. Pure nose, good ripeness, elegant fruit; some notes of pear and apricot emanate from the glass. Good grip on the palate, classically bone dry, quite light-weight but pure and fresh. Absence of oak, very nice clean fruit, some nutty notes; a hint of fresh almond. Decently long finish; finishes off very dry and crisp.
