Haring Vulgo Pichlippi – Eibiswalder Schilcher – 2018

Deep pink colour. Rather intense nose of sweet plum, jammed cherry, wild herbs and citrus. The palate is rather full for a rosé, very crisp acidity with layers of sour red berries, cherry an herbal spiciness, grape zest and a fairly long finish. Rather unique style but well-balanced.
