Hatt et Söner – Le Grand Père Omnes 01 – 2012

Bright light golden colour with a green hue and youthful mousseux. Pure nose displaying fresh butter, vanilla, yellow fruit, ripe citrus and almond paste. The palate is medium bodied, pure, zesty and vibrant with a creamy backbone, generous fruitiness, still youthful but good balance, a hint of oak, shows up on the taste, mild vanilla and buttery notes towards the finish, good length and freshness on the finish. Youthful but enjoyable even though it should best develop further.
