Heidi Schrock – Auf den Flugeln der Morgenrote – 2007

Medium deep golden colour with an amber hue. Complex spiciness and some evolution, fine aromas of honey, ripe stone fruit, candied orange and crushed nuts. The palate has excellent weight but balanced sweetness, fresh acidity and layers of candied stone fruit, very long and intense finish with nutty notes, really complex and lingering.
