Light golden colour, vivid bubbles and a rich sweet nose of caramel, yellow fruit, nuts and some roasted notes. Rather ripe and mature, the palate is full and round but bone dry with a good level of freshness. Well integrated mousse, sweet ripe fruit and a rather long creamy finish.
