Switzerland,
Vaud,
Quite youthful, pale straw, with a tinge of green. Very fine nose, displaying some floral notes of peach, apricot; at the same time with that pure stony mineral thing going on. Nice grip on the palate, medium weight, bone-dry. Very gentle touch of oak in the background, for something nutty, almondy, which gives a good grip on the palate; and something I would call balanced bitterness, that gives a lift. Acidity is rather mellow and rounded. A bit more weight and opulence in the beginning, showing off that fruit. The finish is clean, more on that stony mineral side. Very nice, pure, and clean style.
