Deep golden towards amber colour. Mature and complex, yet with fine purity displaying nutty pinot noir notes with apricot, raspberry, ginger, clove, fine wood, tobacco and a fine hint of Marc de Champagne. Good intensity and grip with a fine sensation of freshness, high sweetness but not candied or cloying with balancing alcohol, a complex spiciness and a long lingering finish with great purity.
