Light golden colour, fine bubbles. Intense and fine nose that offers ripe fruit, roasted notes, flinty and mineral with nuts, citrus, vanilla, smoke and stone fruits. The palate is intense and lingering with a bright freshness, medium weight but excellent persistence, well integrated mousse and delicious roasted fruit.
