Bright light golden colour with youthful vivid mousseux. Intense and layered nose with a fine toastiness, no oak, rather reductive with layers of pale stone fruit, ripe citrus, crushed almonds, chalky and floral notes. Bright and crisp palate, salivating with a balanced creaminess, elegant fruit flavours and moderate dosage, and a long and lingering finish with good purity in a restrained vinous, Blanc de Blancs style.
