Rather pale pink with a copper tint and discreet bubbles. Fine nose with some maturity and depth, toasted notes, nuts, almonds, ripe pear and raspberry notes, rather chardonnay dominated. The palate is dry and nicely firm with a creamy mid palate, elegant fruit, some maturity, nutty notes and a well-rounded long finish. Elegant and classy!
