Youthful dark purple colour. Intense nose rather "natural" or "alternative" with some volatile and balsamic hints, cooked fruit, cinnamon and some yeast derived aromas. Light palate, high acidity, restrained fruit, balsamic and herbal flavours with a slightly firm and tart finish.
