Herdade das Servas – Reserva – 2011

Very dark inky core. Nice nose, smoky notes, sweet fruit, apricot, blackberry and cassis with clove and pepper. The palate has great volume and weight, well balanced with a core of inky dark fruit, good freshness, ripe tannin, toned down oak and a very long spicy finish, nicely nuanced and drinkable.
