Inky dark purple core. Intense nose offering jammed plum, cassis, dark berries, some new oak and smoky notes. The palate is dense and ample with a polished texture, yet high in tannin, fine oak integration, some notes of butterscotch, ripe dark berry flavours with Kirsch and cassis followed by a long and dense finish.
