Heuchelberg Weingartner – Cuvée Cabernet – 2011

Dark almost opaque colour, fine new oak, spices and crushed dark berries on the nose. Good density on the palate, rich and ample with young but ripe tannin, juicy dark fruit, plum and cassis with clove, vanilla and some smoky notes, long and powerful finish, fine potential here.
