Inky dark purple core and hue. Ripe nose showing violet, cassis, plum and new oak notes. Good substance on the palate, ripe dark fruit with well-rounded yet present tannin adding freshness, some oak derived toast and spice, ripe and warm yet balanced with a long and meaty finish.
