Bright light golden colour. Pure, spicy and aromatic nose with mango, papaya, pepper, clove and confit de citron. Nice texture with a fine bitterness, bold and ripe fruit, plenty of dry spices and a bright acidity underneath, and a layered and long finish. Nicely done.
