Medium deep golden colour with vivid, small bubbles. The nose shows some maturity and autolytic complexity with dough, brioche and nougat, ripe citrus, plum, pear on the fruity side. Good volume and a creamy texture backed by a fresh acidity, vivid fruit paired with some buttery and nutty flavours leading to a long finish.
