Hubert Brochard – Le Cul de Beaujeu – 2016

Bright straw colour. Youthful nose with some flinty notes, fresh apple, gooseberry, lime zest and elderflower. Medium weight, fresh and bone dry, good grip, youthful and restrained fruit with a flinty presence and a rather long finish.
