Huguenot Tassin – Cuvée Noire Spéciale – 2009

Medium deep golden colour with a vivid mousse. The nose offers ripe fruit, windfall with plum, pear and red berry notes with pain d´épice and nougat feels rather Pinot-driven. The palate is rounded and creamy with a fresh backbone, darker fruit and a hint of skin bitterness, still youthful with a slight austerity on the finish but rather long and should develop well.
