I Cacciagalli – Zagreo Fiano – 2015

Medium deep golden colour, slightly hazy/unfiltered. The nose is open and generous, rather non interventionist/natural style seems like deliberate oxidation, with hints of yellow apple, pear, orange zest and wild herbs. The palate is rather bold with some extract and tannic presence, spicy and peppery with moderate acidity, some hints of cider and a rather long finish, full of character, well made for its style.
