Iby Rotweingut – BlauFrankisch – 2011

Dark, ruby red with some evolution on the rim; the nose is sweet and fruity indicating dark plum, pepper and some new oak; the palate is rather full, slightly young and tight with a firm backbone, good fruit and generous spiciness, rather long finish - needs at least another year in the cellar
